Seri Pajam subsidiary SPD Tech Valley Sdn Bhd has signed an SPA with Dunham-Bush Industries Sdn Bhd for 32 acres of industrial land in SPD Tech Valley, Senawang, Negri Sembilan. The purchase is part of Dunham-Bush’s phase one Malaysia expansion, estimated at RM172 million and expected to create about 400 jobs. Construction is slated to begin in Q1 2027 with operations targeted for Q1 2028.

SPD Tech Valley (523 acres) is a LEED Gold-certified managed industrial park offering ready-built factories, built-to-suit land, high-capacity utilities and direct access to the national grid — positioning it for energy-intensive and advanced manufacturing (semiconductors, E&E, new energy). Seri Pajam says the park aims to be a smart, sustainable ecosystem to attract high-value investors; Dunham-Bush’s HVAC manufacturing presence will complement that ecosystem.
